From first email to final gallery — here's what to expect.
Reach out
Send me a note via the contact form — even a couple of sentences is enough. I respond within 24 hours, usually faster. If you'd rather text or call, my number's in the response email.
Quick call
A 20-minute call (Zoom or phone) to talk through your vision, the date, the location, who's involved, and what you want from the photos. No pressure, no pitch — just a conversation. If we're a fit, great. If not, I'll point you to someone who might be.
Contract & deposit
I send a clear contract and a 25% deposit invoice. Both are e-signable and digital. Once signed and paid, your date is reserved and I stop taking other bookings for that day.
Planning
A week or two before the shoot, I send a planning email with timeline templates, location scouts, wardrobe suggestions, and a shot list if you want one. For weddings, I coordinate directly with your planner or venue if you have one.
The shoot
I arrive early. I bring backup gear. I shoot. I capture the moments you asked for and the ones you didn't know to ask for. Final balance is due that day (or the week of, for weddings).
Sneak peeks within 48 hours
Three to ten of the best frames, edited and delivered to your inbox within two days. Share them however you want — they're full-res and unwatermarked.
Full gallery delivery
2–3 weeks for sessions, 4–6 weeks for weddings. You get a private online gallery on this site with your own login. Download everything in one zip, heart your favorites for the retouching pass, share individual photos directly to Facebook or Instagram, or invite family members to view.
After
Your gallery stays online for at least a year. I keep the original files for at least a year too — if you ever lose your copy, I've got you covered. And if you loved working together, a review on Google or The Knot means everything to a small business like this one.
